SediMatch is a planning tool to assist partners in identifying potential matches for the beneficial reuse of sediment. By adding your project, this does not obligate you to provide or accept sediment, or pay for the transport costs.

SediMatch is a collaborative program between wetland habitat restoration, flood control, and dredging communities to discuss mutually beneficial strategies for reuse of dredged sediment at habitat restoration sites.

The goals of SediMatch are to (1) create healthy habitats while maximizing beneficial sediment reuse, (2) develop a web tool for matching sediment needs with available sediment, and (3) provide opportunities for collaboration.

For more information on the program and its partners, visit the SediMatch project page. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].
